I'm Katie. I am a Holistic Health Coach and Meal Prep Chef.
It is my goal as a health coach to help clients identify and embrace their bio-individuality. After my six month program my clients will be armed with a multitude of proven ways to work through their stressors. They will be empowered to trust their bodies and their decisions.

I chose stress management and dietary issues as my specific area of focus after a job change into a completely new field. A few months in I realized I was trying to accommodate too much in my life. I was overwhelmed. My body chemistry completely changed and I was compounding food intolerances I discovered in college. I knew in order to continue with a job I enjoyed I needed to step back and re-evaluate how I was living. I also knew that my situation was not unique and if I could make it through this rough patch I wanted to help others do the exact same thing.
I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and began to dedicate myself to a different diet every month. This was a two fold process. First, to find a diet that worked for me long term. Second, to gain a working knowledge of each diet outside of a book. Accomplishing this I am now able to advise my clients and provide them with staple recipes. In addition, this formed the base for my meal prep business.
I have always worked in fast paced industries with strange hours. I wanted to help people like me, who enjoy a busy lifestyle, still be able to eat a healthy, balanced diet with limited effort. My meals are healthy, pre-made, and at most need microwaved for two minutes. Some not at all.

My business as a whole is focused on helping my clients live their fullest, healthiest, happiest lives by letting me take care of the little things and giving them the tools they need to move through their sticking points.
